Liz is a singer, laugher, dancer, actress, eater, songwriter, and yoga teacher who is here to make life a little lighter through connection, community, flow, breath, music, laughter, and sometimes logistics. 

Liz sees the big picture as well as the details. She loves to shine on her own and also creating in harmony with others. She loves what’s familiar, but also cherishes adventure and having new experiences. She was raised to be a rule follower and has learned from good friends that sometimes rules need breaking. 

Her heritages include being a proud Texan and a lover of Seattle, her current home; being both first- and second-generation American; European and Latin American Indigenous ancestry including Peruvian, Mexican, German, Jewish, and Spanish.
