Friday, November 21st
6 - 8 pm
King Street Station
All are welcomed to enjoy free food and community in a relaxed setting with students and leaders of The Rhapsody Project at King Street Station. While anyone is invited to share their artistry onstage for up to 10 minutes at this open mic, the event will be curated to serve and celebrate the young people who are actively engaged in The Rhapsody Project's programs. Please bring the whole family, even if you have not yet registered for one of our classes!
As with all of The Rhapsody Project's events, this gathering will serve to illuminate and celebrate the cultural heritage of those present. Even if you do not have a song, story, or poem to share onstage, you are welcomed to bring a potluck dish or heirloom and share its significance as it relates to the layers of your heritage. The Rhapsody Workshop at King Street Station is highly accessible to all, and we recommend that you use public transit to join us, as parking can be challenging near King St. Station.
No registration required.
