Kel Dylla

Kel Dylla joined the Rhapsody Project board after first connecting with the organization through its Face the Music program. She brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience across arts education, community-based organizations, and major cultural institutions.
Kel currently serves as Development Director at Pottery Northwest, leading major gifts, institutional funding, and capital campaign strategy. Her background includes executive leadership roles at community arts organizations and arts education programs, as well as early career experience as a teaching artist and program designer with national music institutions.
