Community time is coming up soon at our March 19th Community time is coming up soon at our March 19th Open Mic! Bring a bit of artistry to share at the mic (priority will be given to young people actively engaged in our programs).

If you don’t have a song, story, or poem to share onstage, you are welcomed to bring a potluck dish or heirloom and share its significance as it relates to the layers of your heritage. Or just come listen and enjoy the vibes.

All are invited to celebrate the end of Winter Programs at this community event.

No RSVP needed. Sign up for a slot when you arrive!

Seattle creatives, let’s get real! Our co-founder Seattle creatives, let’s get real!

Our co-founder Joe is joining @wheelhouse.washington's “Creatives Get Real” panel next week, and we’re excited to see this conversation happen in our city.

Running a creative organization isn’t always glamorous. It’s layered. It’s human. It’s built on relationships. This panel is all about pulling back the curtain and talking honestly about what it really takes.

As one of the panelists, @joebanjo brings decades of experience as a musician, educator, and cultural organizer, and at the heart of his work is one belief: music connects people. Whether in classrooms, community halls, or concert stages, he’s focused on helping others understand not just how to play, but why it matters.

If you’ve been wanting to connect more deeply with Seattle’s creative community, this is a good room to be in.

KSS Classes take a pause next week while Seattle P KSS Classes take a pause next week while Seattle Public Schools are on mid-winter break. We'll be back to our usual schedule the following week!
Behind every Rhapsody class is a teaching artist w Behind every Rhapsody class is a teaching artist who brings real-world experience into the room.

Our Spring instructors are performers, educators, and cultural workers who’ve spent years teaching in schools, nonprofits, and community spaces — and it shows in how they support their students.

@ericanicolescorpio, teaching Intermediate Voice.
@shanedesenfants, teaching Guitar, Ukulele, Bass.
@joebanjo, leading Repertoire Sessions.

Technique matters. Context matters. And feeling seen matters too.
That’s the Rhapsody difference 🎶
